Fish tea soup Recipe: 4 to 5 cups of water or to taste 5 pcs. garlic choped 2 round cuts of king fish 4 green onions 1 bunch water cress 1 scotch bonnet pepper (optional) 3 med carrots Fish bouillon (maggi or grace) 1 /2 bunch chopped parsley 1/2 bunch chopped cilantro 1/4 cup olive oil 2 chopped challots 1 lemon juiced Direction: Season fish with lemon juice/garlic/ fish base/ 1/2 the parsley and 1/2 the cillantro. Heat olive oil in a pot and sizzle fish until slightly browned remove skin. Add other ingredients until leaves are slightly wilted. Add water lower fire and simmer down untill brothy. Add a bit of flour to thicken if necessary. Add pepper half way through. Add remaining cilantro and parsley when cooked..stirr and let sit for 5 to 10 mins
